Most technicians keep you at arms length while they are troubleshooting, and I’m always dubious about what they are telling me. Dayden did the opposite. He made a prediction, and then put the diagnostic tools in place to show the result. The whole process was extremely transparent and credible! He also went way out of his way to troubleshoot an issue I was having with a different unit, unrelated to my service call. This earned the company some additional business. It’s also worth noting that all of this happed within a few hours of my initial call.
