“The hardest parts of a large undertaking such as a major HVAC project is the anticipation of dealing with the frustration of getting the project underway, the inconvenience that can come during the process, and the mess afterward! I can honestly say that we experienced NONE of the above with the recent replacement of our heat pump system. From the first call and phone conversations with Nicky and Audrey, through the consultation in our home with Brian, who assisted us in picking the system that would best fit our needs, the installation by Sesar, Juan, and Andrew, and the technical follow-up with Dayden, this was actually an enjoyable process. All of the Absolute employees involved in our experience were professional and respectful of our family and our home. The work went flawlessly and I can honestly say the installers are true craftsmen! I would truly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Hayden-my technician, from our very first contact was professional, friendly, demonstrated that he was well informed about the very complicated job he had to do. And in the process made sure I knew how to correct ly operate and maintain my very complicated mini split. He told and showed me what he was doing to clean the machine, why it needed to be done, and how to avoid problems in the future. He is a great teacher! Hayden gladly answered all of my questions about his very extensive and ongoing on-the-job and workshop training and the experience he has had while working for Absolute. It was very clear that Hayden loves his job and for good reason. He clearly feels valued and respected by his employer and his supervisors. He clearly respects and values them, as well as his coworkers. I am very grateful to have found a company with the work ethic/culture that Absolute has created and these employees who have embraced it.”

They were on time and explained everything that was being done. Their knowledge completed this task step by step. Everything issue was worked thru and I have a cool home. They even smiled and laughed when the kids ambushed them with water guns! They both worked diligently for well over 10 hours to ensure we had a working A/C unit before they left and I’m forever grateful for that. “We have two Trane heating and air conditioning systems, one for the main level and one for the finished basement. James N did the Spring check-up in April and showed us the results. In addition, we discussed minor issues we were having with the main floor thermostat and offered some good suggestions. Since we had gotten some really bad service with two different heating and air conditioning service companies in the last few years, James’ work and information was a pleasant change. We plan to be with Absolute Climate Control for a long time!”

“Dayden Rogers just left my house, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with his job performance. He is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to educate me on each step. Most technicians keep you at arms length while they are troubleshooting, and I’m always dubious about what they are telling me. Dayden did the opposite. He made a prediction, and then put the diagnostic tools in place to show the result. The whole process was extremely transparent and credible! He also went way out of his way to troubleshoot an issue I was having with a different unit, unrelated to my service call. This earned the company some additional business. It’s also worth noting that all of this happed within a few hours of my initial call.
I have 3 AC units at my house, and a few rental properties that are going to need service before long. ACCHA will be my only call when the need arises. I hope Audrey is still handling the calls then, because she was great too!!”
