The initial inspection of our HVAC was done efficiently and in a timely manner by Conner D. He explained what he would do and asked if we had questions before starting. When done, he explained what we needed and what the options were without any hard sell. He left us to make the decision on our own. Thank you Conner! When we decided what to do, Hazedon B. was scheduled and came on time promptly on the set date . He did great job. Again no hard, or upsell.
