April 30, 2026 – Scheduled Installation The installation of the new air conditioning unit was scheduled for April 30, 2026. My husband, Carson Durham, took a full day off work to accommodate the installation and arranged for our dog to be cared for outside the home to facilitate the technicians' access. At the conclusion of the appointment, the installation was not completed due to the installation team reportedly lacking the necessary equipment. As a result, we were left without our main floor air conditioning overnight. May 1, 2026 – Installation Completed (Jonathan’s team) A second installation team was dispatched to complete the installation. To avoid disruption during the installation process and to accommodate our dog, I moved my work to be remote from my neighbor's home for the day. May 18, 2026 – First System Failure (Jakob McDonald) The newly installed unit ceased functioning, and the temperature inside the home exceeded 78 degrees. A technician responded and advised that corrective work was required on the drain system in the attic. I note that no one other than your technicians had accessed the attic between installation and this repair visit. May 29, 2026 – Second System Failure (Eduardo Euyoque) The unit stopped functioning again. A technician responded and advised that there were issues involving the filter placements (your team is the one responsible for how/when the filters were placed) and thermostat connectivity. May 30–31, 2026 – Third System Failure (Jackson Davis) Less than 24 hours after the previous service visit, the air conditioning system failed again. Upon returning home, I found the interior temperature exceeded 80 degrees. Our dog remained in the home throughout the day under those conditions. On May 31, following several discussions regarding recurring failures, another technician, Jackson, was dispatched and determined that the access panel/door to the unit had not been properly secured by a previous technician, resulting in the system shutting down. June 1, 2026 – Management Review (Jonathan and James) James and Jonathan visited my home to review the work that had been performed and to assure me that the installation and repairs had been properly completed. During this meeting, we discussed potential remedies for the ongoing issues. I also requested that my older air conditioning unit be serviced due to the additional strain placed on it as a result of the repeated failures of the newly installed system. June 4, 2026 – Fourth System Failure (Jackson Davis) The newly installed unit failed once again. Fortunately, I identified the issue before the indoor temperature exceeded 75 degrees. Jackson responded and tightened multiple connections within the system. June 19, 2026 – Fifth System Failure (Jakob McDonald) On the evening of June 19, the temperature inside the home reached 78 degrees due to another system failure. June 22–23, 2026 – Sixth System Failure (Johnathan/ Nikki) The air conditioning system failed again at approximately 6:30 p.m. on June 22. I contacted the office and communicated with Nikki regarding the issue. I was instructed to reset the system by flipping the breaker. As this was a temporary solution, the system failed again approximately six hours later, around midnight, causing indoor temperatures to rise to 77 degrees. Upon the team's arrival, they discovered that the replacement part was either damaged or missing a necessary component. As a result, the technicians were unable to complete the repair and had to leave to obtain another part. This caused an additional and unnecessary inconvenience, as my family friend was required to return to my home a second time that same day to provide the technicians with access once they were ready to resume work. THEIR RESPONSE: WE RESPONDED TO ALL YOUR CALLS PROMPTLY. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.
