“My 20 year old heat pump system finally bit the dust. Started looking for a company that installed complete systems and had good reviews. I decided to get 3 estimates from 3 local reputable companies . Absolute fit the bill and I called them. Got a quick response for an in home appointment/evaluation. Project manager James Nix came to the house and spent 2 hours evaluating my total requirements and offered several solutions. James was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. I then proceeded to get the other two estimates. On an apple to apple basis all three estimates were close. I chose Absolute who cost wise was right in the middle of the three. The reason for choosing them was my trust in James. Three days later Jacob and Nick arrived at the agreed upon time and proceeded to install the system. They explained everything they were going to do, they did it and then showed me what they did and how to use the new unit. They were two of the most professional technicians that I have ever encountered . They were polite, thoughtful of my home, and patient with their explanations and answering my questions. I am extremely satisfied with my choice and happy I chose Absolute. By the way Kudos also to Joni for her help in scheduling and back office support.
