I highly recommend Absolute Climate Control. They do an excellent job of maintaining my HVAC unit. It takes them between an hour and an hour and a half to perform routine maintenance, something I'm not used to and I appreciate all the effort they go to. They also take pictures and explain everything they've done. The 2 times I've had an issue with my A/C, which is 12 years old, they've responded quickly, not 2 or 3 days later when it's 90 degrees outside. Their techs have all been great. Their prices are very reasonable also.

I called Absolute Climate Control a week or so ago to schedule a la AC Maintenance and to have someone look at an odor coming from the AC. I scheduled 3 different times, because I forgot about plans we had on each day we scheduled. Lauren was very quick to let me know that it was not a big deal and rescheduled for a day that was (what I thought) more convenient for me. We finally settled on a date that would actual work for me. She made sure the time was good for me, the pricing, as well as let me know who would be coming to my home and told me a little about the technician. Lauren sent me an appointment confirmation which was helpful to add to my calendar. I am excited to have Jonathan come out and check out my system and see what we can do to get the most life out of it. Thank you you, Lauren for making Absolute Climate Control such an easy company to use for my HVAC needs.

Today, our tech was Dayden Rogers who won us over the moment he came to the door. He was polite and personable. Dayden found the issue and repaired it quickly and explained clearly what the problem may have been. He is scheduling our maintenance for another day since it is 3 systems. Called Monday for the dryer vent to be cleaned out and they had a technician (Trey) out the very next day. Service was quick but efficient. He showed me picture of the vent before, which desperately needed to be cleaned, and after. Would recommend and use their services again.
